Dr Frank Umbach is an Associate Director of the European Centre for Energy and Resource Security (EUCERS) at King’s College in London, Senior Associate and Head of the International Energy Security programme at the Centre for European Security Strategies (CESS) in Munich and Senior Fellow at the US Atlantic Council, Washington, DC.
